Do I have to pay extra fees?

Hotel room rates are based on double occupancy. You usually don't have to pay extra for kids in the room. However, there is a fee of $15 per additional guest if an extra bed is required.

Can I change my reservation?

If a host requires a modification to their reservation 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival at the hotel, they can easily make the changes by contacting the hotel directly or through the online platform. However, if the host wishes to make changes to the reservation within the 48-hour window leading up to their arrival, they will be required to pay for the first night of the original reservation, which was unattended, before proceeding with the desired modification.


What happens if a host cancels?

Guests can cancel their reservation at no cost if it is done 48 hours before their scheduled arrival. However, no refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within the 48-hour time frame

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation, please contact our hotel directly either by phone or through our online platform 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Kindly provide your reservation details and our staff will assist you in the cancellation process. Please be aware that cancellations made after this specified timeframe may be subject to a full payment, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

What happens if a guest damages a property?

Guests are subject to a damage deposit of 100$. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest.
